2009		Grey Stack Rosemary's Block Dry Stack Vineyards Bennett Valley Sauvignon Blanc is every bit as delicious as the 2006, 2007, and 2008, which received 93, 91, and 92 pts respectively from Wine Spectator. The SB grapes are 100% Italian clone. This wine was fermented in stainless steel and cellared in 60% stainless and 40% mostly neutral French oak, bottled unfiltered and unfined, no malolactic fermentation. Bennett Valley is one of the newer, cool climate appellations in Sonoma County. The SB produced here simply shines. Richness, intensity and great balance are hallmarks. On the palate, this wine tastes of lemon brulee, candied grapefruit peel and vanilla bean. WS 90 pts.		$26.95

2008		Sanguis Ramshackle & Threadbare The blend is 58% Roussanne, 40% Malvasia Bianca, and 2% Viognier, sourced from Demetria, Refugio, and Bien Nacido Vineyards. Lovely fragrant nose of peaches and Hachiya persimmon. A ton of glycerin here, great mouthfeel. Concentrated but with great clarity and brightness. Great with food. 125 case production.		$43.50

2007		Westerly Santa Ynez Valley Estate Sauvignon Blanc Nice citrus notes of lime and Meyer lemon, coupled with a richness and creaminess that gives this wine complexity, but not heaviness.
